Sales & Relationship Manager
Couponstar are seeking an experienced sales person with sound knowledge of online marketing to sell the company’s unique portfolio of printable-coupon solutions to clients within the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail and pharmaceutical sectors.
This is a consultative selling role; you’ll need to work closely with brands as well as their various agencies to understand the challenges they’re facing within promotional plans.
Success will depend on ability to build relationships at all levels, enthusiasm to influence decisions and the tenacity and resilience to win over more challenging accounts. This requires a professional, consultative style and strong commercial awareness.
An experienced sales person with extensive experience selling marketing services to the FMCG sector, preferably within the online, however, other areas such as media and promotions will be considered.
Junior Campaign Executive
Couponstar are seeking a Junior Campaign Executive to work under the direct supervision of the Client Services Manager and in conjunction with the Sales team. The Junior Campaign Executive will manage the day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and their agents and will be a key member of the Client Services team. You will be responsible for facilitating the integration of Couponstar’s coupon technology into client's promotions, along with providing promotions performance strategy and analysis. Campaign Managers are highly valuable members of the Couponstar team and the position requires high energy, operational excellence and dedication to exceptional customer service.
